MC2 will provide specialized technical support regarding bridges and structures to the Spanish Road Administration

The JV IDEAM-MC2 Estudio de Ingeniería has been awarded the Contract “Technical Support to the Technical Directorate specialized in structures” to provide specialized engineering services to the Technical Directorate of the Road Administration of the Spanish Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.
The 3-year contract, extendable for a fourth year, aims to provide technical support related to bridges and structures of the Spanish State Road Network in the following areas:

• Singular bridges projects review
• Singular structures variation orders proposals analysis
• Study of problems that may arise during construction or in the service life of bridges
• Site visits for technical support tasks
• Technical support in normative development of the Road Administration within the scope of the structures and bridges

This contract will allow the Technical Directorate to develop its work in the normative and regulatory field, and provide support to other units of the Road Administration supported by a highly specialized and technically qualified team.
